LootGoblin’s free page

No account is required. Your selected channel, alert preferences, Work mode choice, and notification deduplication records are stored in your browser. Personal-win alerts are offered through wnevr. We read public Twitch winner announcements and display the winner’s public username, channel, and time.

wnevr accounts

When you sign up, wnevr stores your name, email, password hash, account status, alarms, matches, delivery history, and settings. Depending on the features you enable, it also processes your Twitch username, verified phone number, Discord identity or webhook, notification destinations, and device push token. Connection credentials are stored encrypted on the server. Signup takes place on wnevr; LootGoblin does not collect your password.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to operate alerts, authenticate accounts, deliver notifications, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and handle support requests. We do not sell personal data or run advertising trackers. Public hosting and network services process technical information such as IP addresses. Google Fonts receives requests when fonts load on LootGoblin.

Depending on the features you use, providers include DigitalOcean for hosting, OpenAI for interpreting alarm prompts and supported news categorization, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, Discord for Discord delivery, Google Firebase for Android push, and Stripe for billing when enabled. Configured webhooks receive the alert content you choose to send. These providers process relevant data under their own policies; data may be processed outside your country. We do not send passwords to the AI compiler.

Storage and retention

Public Twitch winner records are retained for 14 days; the free page shows recent results. News is retained for 14 days, Hacker News uses a rolling seven-day snapshot, and other collectors generally retain their latest records. Bonus-hunt observations are retained for 90 days, with assignment records retained for deduplication. Account data, alarm history, and delivery records remain until removed through account administration. Deleted data may remain in up to seven daily backups. Infrastructure logs follow the hosting service’s operational retention.

Your choices and requests

You can turn off browser alerts, revoke notification permissions, and clear this site’s browser storage. In wnevr you can pause alarms and disconnect notification destinations. To request access to or deletion of account data, sign in and use Account & plan → Privacy requests. Requests are reviewed by the service operator; they do not immediately delete your account. Identity verification may be required. The old private preview is separate and follows its hosting provider’s login and privacy policies.

This policy describes the current services. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. LootGoblin does not enter giveaways or send Twitch chat messages on your behalf.
